WEDDINGS AND EVENTS

This is the perfect place for your wedding, elopement, reunion or event of any kind. You and your guests will enjoy uninterrupted views of the Pacific Ocean and its rocky sea stacks and crashing waves from our farmhouse, garden cottage, veranda, gardens, lawns, meadow, headlands, really everywhere on the property.  But you will all also enjoy complete privacy from the rest of the world. The entire property is West of the only roadway, Route 1, and so, once you arrive, there will be nothing between you and the ocean but our very private meadow and headlands.

Rental includes the entire 22 acre property for 3 days and 3 nights to use as you see fit.  This includes 3 nights' lodging for 20+ guests in our restored 1884 farmhouse and garden cottage, depending on the demographics of your group.  It also includes any number of fantastic sites on our property for all your wedding events throughout the weekend.  For example, our ocean-view south lawn (electrified and plumbed to allow your caterers and bartender to work easily) is a great spot for a big catered dinner and dancing.  The ocean-view veranda and gardens surrounding the farmhouse are great spots for a ceremony, cocktail party or rehearsal dinner.  Of course, for those who want extra drama, our oceanfront meadow and bluff top are also great spots for a ceremony.  Our historic barns likewise present a wonderful scenic backdrop for photos and activities.  (Sorry, but the interiors of the barns are not available for use at events.)           

PRICING

The property is available for weddings and events consisting of up to 99 guests, for $23,000. This is a 3 day/night rental, which includes use of the entire 22 acre property and lodging for 20+ guests in our restored farmhouse and garden cottage. Liability insurance is required. ON SITE MANAGER

Our manager for the property is Dolores McBroom.  She understands everything there is to know about our property and how everything works and can address any issues that arise.  She will be available to you throughout your wedding weekend in order to assist you, your wedding planner and your vendors, to make sure everything is perfect.
